Being part of a team, working together toward a shared goal, and having fun while doing it is what makes the creative process so rewarding. People buy your joy, and it comes out in the work. I know this is true, because with more than 20 years experience in production on the entertainment / broadcast side, agency side, anddddd a little bit of corporate work thrown in there, the best work comes from those fun teams.
